I'm Here to Listen
With 20 years experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in private practice, I am able to provide compassionate and effective counseling support to individuals, couples, and families going through difficult times. My counseling approach is practical and solution-oriented.
I accept cash, check, MasterCard, VISA,
and the following insurance: Allegiance, All One Health, Beacon Health Options, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, First Choice Health, Montana Health CO-OP, and Montana MEDICAID.
My goal as a professional counselor is to help individuals heal, re-engage in life, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing an emotionally safe space, listening respectfully to their concerns, and customizing their treatment plans. I have particular expertise in chronic anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, couples counseling, career counseling, and career management and planning.
When a person feels overwhelmed, stuck in a rut,
or like they have lost their way, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor can help the person understand what's happened and how to return to their path. My professional goal as a counselor is to help my clients grow from their struggles, heal from their emotional pain, and move forward to where
they want to be in life.

It may surprise you to learn that approximately 1 in 5 American adults suffer from an anxiety disorder, but less than 40% of those suffering seek treatment. Additionally, anxiety and depression often coexist. Nearly one-half of those diagnosed with depression are also diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. The good news is that anxiety disorders and depression caused by illness, pain, financial problems, or other life circumstances are highly treatable and respond very well to individual counseling.
